I don't know how people on this board can say that. I may have to hold my nose so hard it bleeds, but I WILL vote Democratic in November. Who's with me?

2. Same here.
Better to support someone whose policies are 80% like my candidate's than one whose are 10% like mine.

But I will PARSE my ballot on who I consider to be a Democrat.

8. Which means, having seen your other posts...
'I'm not voting for president if Hillary's not nominated'. Which makes you a moron; I hope you enjoy the idea of President McCain and a right-wing Supreme Court.

10. I'm voting
and your fucking SCOTUS argument is ridiculous because I do NOT believe obama will even appoint a liberal to the court so it is really an irrelevant argument. The more of his idealogy that I see...I don't believe the court will get that much needed left shift on his watch.

11. Pfft...
you really think McCain's Supreme Court nominees would be preferable? Do you even realise how utterly absurd you sound?

15. Are you stupid?
Edited on Sun Mar-09-08 02:47 AM by Horse with no Name
Because "I" have not mentioned McCain in ONE post...and you are verbally hemorrhaging his name.
I DO NOT think there will be a left shift in the SCOTUS if Obama gets the nomination.
He abhors the word "liberal" and espouses reaching across the aisle.
I would LOVE to see you sob when he appoints a centrist to the court.
The PROBLEM is that the court is already so far right...that a centrist will do NOTHING to dilute that.
No MATTER who we end up with as President between Obama and McCain...the court will not be moving to the left anytime soon.
To think so is absurd and patently naive.

17. And you honestly think that Hillary Clinton, centrist par excellence...
with a history of pandering to 'values voters' on issues like flag burning, the Hillary Clinton who's in a Bible study group with SAM BROWNBACK, WOULD appoint liberal Supreme Court justices? I have to ask if YOU'RE stupid.

Not to mention that you seem far less troubled by the idea that McCain MIGHT be President than you are by the idea that Hillary WON'T; so much for 'voting for a Democrat'. You sound like a petulant child.

5. I'm with you.
The bickering is counter-productive. No, I won't be voting for McCain, and no, I won't be voting for Nader.

I'll either vote for my current first choice or my current second choice in the GE.

Too much is riding on this to do otherwise.

9. My husband won't vote for Hillary if she gets the nomination
Edited on Sun Mar-09-08 02:40 AM by DeposeTheBoyKing
He despises both Clintons. He's very onboard for Obama, but his first choice (and mine) was Kucinich. He did tell friends the other day he would vote for HIllary, but he's very angry at her again now, and I fear he just won't vote at all. It's very discouraging.

this board and Dems everywhere are going to have to come together, wipe the dirt off, and do the only logical thing: take back this government.
