I wonder where/how you draw the line? |
|
If there's a 'new' news story, dated this morning, about one of the candidates, does it go in LBN or GD-P?
And if it is initially posted in LBN, and the mods judge it to be GD-P material, should it just be moved there, or locked?
And I'm not even sure if this should be posted here, or in GD. Or not at all? These are confusing times.

I'll bet the admins don't know, either. Sometimes the rules are like a genetic algorithm, they burp up novel twists when applied. Just post and chase it where it goes.
I like watching post ping-pong, though. Someone posts in LBN, moderator says this ain't news, and drops it into GD. GD moderator says, hey, this mentions Gaza, and off it goes to I/P. I/P moderator says, this is over 3 weeks old, and locks it. Meanwhile, posts bloom in GD and the Lounge squalling about censorship, and where's the *$% Complaint Forum? It's like a clusterbomb going off.
BTW, what's your guess where this'll land when they zing it out of GD-P? :D

2. I'm starting not to care. |

I didn't know that threads were locked for being posted in the 'wrong' forum. But I'm learning. After 4 years here, I'm still learning. :-(
