1. Obama added another one last night!
-snip-
Foster noted in his speech that he now becomes one more pledged superdelegate for Obama in the senator's primary race against Hillary Clinton.

4. I dont think you will see Obama's SD's Bailing
He'll go in with a pledged delegate lead, and I think that we'll be enough for Obama to hold his own SD's

13. They'll bail if Obama loses the pledged delegate lead.

But that won't happen.

We have almost a month now between the last Obama victory (Mississippi) and PA, which means Obama will most likely have a pledged delegate lead of over 150 for an entire month. That MO can't be cut by Clinton, which means leading up to PA, more superdelegates will go to Obama. Right now, Clinton has 39 more superdelegates than Obama. That could essentially be erased from here until April 1st. Let's say it is and Obama gains 39 superdelegates and Hillary loses NO superdelegates (which would actually reverse the trend, since she is still losing ground on superdelegates), Obama would be 149 delegates up on Clinton (and that includes superdelegates) prior to PA. Right now, in total delegates, Obama is up only 103. That's an increase of 46 and even that may be a bit conservative.

If Clinton is down 150 combined delegates before PA, unless she completely crushes Obama there, she won't have an mo.

8. It looks like her lead is down to 40, and there were reports that Obama had 50 lined up already
and was just waiting to roll them out at the most opportune time

11. The most opportune time(S)
It looks like their game plan is to trickle out these endorsements over the next 3 weeks so that it makes a steady drumbeat between now and Pennsylvania. By the time PA comes around, the superdelegate count will be dead even and Clinton will be almost 200 behind in the total delegate count.

10. Here's the key fact
The Clinton advantage is going straight down. She is behind in pledged delegates by 150 or so. That's an insurmountable lead, considering that in her only day of victory recently (when she won OH and RI), she only gained up a small handful of delegates and has since lost that gain. Her only chance is to win on superdelegates and that obviously is not going her way. She won't be able to hold onto the ones already on the books for her, let alone add new ones.

Looks like Obama's strategy is to drip, drip, drip these superdelegates on her all the way to Pennsylvania. That must give his campaign managers a certain sadistic pleasure.
