STRIP IOWA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE
Or seat Florida. Re Do Michigan. They moved up their voting dates. Just because Florida changed the order of things, do you have to be absurd? I say... If Iowa had have went to Edwards like everyone projected, where would Obama be? If Stephen Colbert had have run in SC, where would Obama be? The whole thing is a media and DNC conspiracy paid for by Insurance companies against Universal Health Care. You're the victims, and what do you have now? An empty promise from an empty candidate.

6. "conspiracy paid for by Insurance companies against Universal Health Care"
Oh. My. God. Is there a DUzy for the stupidest statement made in a DU post? They should create one for that comment right there.

Hillary Clinton wants to make purchasing health insurance mandatory.

Hillary Clinton gets more money from the health insurance industry than any other candidate.

Mandatory private health insurance is not universal health care.

8. Wrong,wrong,wrong.
1. Hillary Clinton subsidizes health care to those who can't afford it.

2. If you watch the debate, you'd remember Edwards blasting Obama when he passed her up WAY back then. Until Obama became a possibility, they gave to her under the "if you can't beat em', join em'" motif. Watch "Sicko".

3. Universal Health Care means health care for everyone, not single-payer.

That being said, have a nice day.

Send me a postcard from Wrongsville.

10. More idiocy from you

1. How does Hillary determine who can and can't afford health insurance? How will she enforce her mandate? Why are people in MA paying the fines instead of purchasing the insurance right now? *edit to add* And why would the insurance companies not love a plan that was not only mandatory, but gov't subsidized? Good god, they are probably salivating over her health plan!

2. I did watch Sicko and wasn't there a part in it showing Hillary Clinton and the amount of money she got from the industry?

3. Making something mandatory doesn't make it universal. All kinds of things are mandated but it doesn't mean people are complying.

13. haha
1. How do people determine who gets on welfare or subsidized housing? Income, genius.

2. Refer to other post... "If you cant beat em, join em"

3. Don't make me define universal. When you're wrong at least admit it.

15. Okay
1. You are clueless about government programs. Subsidies are not just based on income. I am single with no children. According to the state I live in, I don't qualify for state health aid if I make $850 a month. Hillary's plan is all about "families". People with children will glom up all the subsidies while millions of young working people will be stuck with full premiums. Because everyone knows if you haven't reproduced, your income exists to subsidize other people's kids.

2. So you admit she's a tool of insurance corporations. Thus negating your idiotic suggestion that those same corps. are conspiring against Hillary.

3. Child support is mandatory. Is it universal?

17. LOL
1. You're clueless about facts: You've been refuted yet continue to make yourself look like a fool. If you make 850 a month and you don't want healthcare, WAH. Whine somewhere to someone who cares.

2. Of course they are going to put money into someone that will affect their business. Hillary's plan is the first step toward single payer: getting everyone in the system. Idiotic? Look in the mirror fo a dose of idiot.

3. I never said there was universal child support, I googled it and didn't find that anywhere. Put down the crack pipe and maybe you'll drop your ex drug dealer candidate too. Or is THAT PART OF HIS APPEAL, SMOKEY?

7. In your scenario ...
Scenario 7 – Florida seated as is, New election in Michigan
CLINTON NEEDS 58.2%, OBAMA NEEDS 41.8% in the remaining contests

Stripping both Iowa and New Hampshire on top of seating Florida and holding a new election in Michigan will result in:
CLINTON NEEDS 58.1%, OBAMA NEEDS 41.9% in the remaining contests

I ran those last numbers, just for you.

14. sorry, McCainulator, the flawed delegations will never be seated
the only option for MI and FL is to hold a revote.

IA, NH, NV, and SC all had the approval of the DNC in their Early state role.

FL and MI did not.

Weren't you predicting a win in both TX and OH, and a Hill dropout on March 5th?

Your posts are as weak as your predictions.

21. I predicted a TX victory and that is just what we got.
My prediction of a Hill dropout was based on the notion that she bore some loyalty to her Party and could accept defeat with a semblance of grace.
Apparently, I was grossly mistaken on both counts.

I never could have imagined she would be saying McCain is more qualified to be Commander in Chief.
My only error was to underestimate the depths she would sink to.
