Just saw something weird on a Philly Street:

We just had the St. Patrick's Day parade here in Center City, and I was doing some work in my office today (Sunday), and driving home on the overcrowded major street to 30th Street Station, there was a manic, odd gentleman, dressed 'not well' to be polite, wearing multiple Major Presidential Candidate Buttons and signs. He was approaching each car in the traffic jam and acting out...not threateningly, but it ain't great having someone approach your car when stopped with nowhere to go on a bridge. He was engaging drivers in the 'friendly' manner of a street person, but one who is obviously sharp.

The question is, of course: is he part of the campaign? Is he part of another campaign? Is he just plain nuts?

Of course I did not refer to any specific aspect of this individual or his affiliation. Doesn't really matter...at this point at least...
