I heard that squirrel in Cheney's braincase is getting old and that the only way to wake it up is for Cheney to get on the Segway and let the breeze blowing between his ears rouse it. See, this wakes the squirrel up slowly. If the squirrel wakes up too quickly it jumps around and makes Dickie's pacemaker flutter.
