Dick Morris offers advice to Obama
I know, he's a horrid slimeball and we all hate him... but I thought this was clever

IT'S OVER (for Hillary)
...

Suggestion for Obama:

The next time Hillary uses the recycled red phone ad, counter with one of your own. When the phone rings in the middle of the night, have a woman’s voice, with a flat Midwestern accent, answer it and say, “Hold on” into the receiver. Then she should shout, “Bill! It’s for you!”

Because with Hillary’s complete lack of any meaningful experience in foreign affairs, and her lack of the “testing” that she boldly claims, she’ll be yelling for Bill.

3. That's not Obama's style...
...if an independent group runs an ad of that nature, it would certainly be...appropriate. But it won't come from the Obama campaign.

the republiCONS are really afraid of Hillary because she has a lot of knowledge to go up against McCain but they are afraid of Obama because he has the numbers...They know that the Hillary will fight them but Obama has to keep the high ground but I don't believe he can do that with the republicons because he will really look like he is whining...

I dare you to have Obama take advice from Dick Morris

I also dare Obama to come out with an ad like that that's just pure smear.

Go ahead, as a Clinton Supporter I'd love to see how it effects the Obama campaign.

16. Explain to me how the Clinton's brought in Toe-Sucker for advice?
Morris became an adviser to the Bill Clinton administration, particularly in regards to marketing and "selling" policy decisions. A shrewd expert on polls and trends, Morris encouraged Clinton to pursue so-called third way policies of triangulation that merged traditional Republican and Democratic proposals, rhetoric, and issues to achieve maximum political gain and popularity.

The president consulted Morris in secret beginning in 1994.<1> In the words of Clinton's Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, "I always had the feeling that the president wanted to listen to the dark side, even though he clearly knew in his guts where the issues were and what he wanted to do. He always wanted to listen to the Morris voice to kind of say, what are the thoughts of the most kind of manipulative operation that could go on in politics? I want to hear that voice. I want to hear what he's thinking." Clinton's communications director George Stephanopoulos has said that "Over the course of the first nine months of 1995, no single person had more power over the president".<1> Morris went on to become Campaign manager of Bill Clinton's successful 1996 bid for re-election to the office of President of the United States. His tenure on that campaign was cut short two months before the election, when it was revealed that he had allowed a prostitute, Sherry Rowlands, to listen in on conversations with the President. Morris then turned his focus to media commentary. He now writes a weekly column for the New York Post which is carried nationwide, and he appears regularly on the Fox News Channel for political commentary. He is also President of VOTE.com.

More recently, Morris has emerged as a harsh critic of the Clintons and has written several books that criticize them, including Rewriting History, a rebuttal to Senator Hillary Clinton's Living History. Morris once joked he will leave the United States if Hillary Clinton were to be elected president in 2008.<2> He currently lives in Redding, Connecticut.

More brilliant staffing from the Clintons. Can't wait till Penn and Wolfson turn on Hillary and start the tell-all gigs in print and on Faux news!

18. he was brought in for polls
and when the Clintons caught wind of the shit Morris was doing on his own time they fired the fat fuck. He deserved to be fired and since then he's been out to destroy the Clintons.

So go ahead Obama people and encourage a 527 to run that ad, and see if it hurts Clinton or Obama. Clinton found what a scumbag Morris was and got the hell away from him. It looks like from this thread Obama people actually like him...explain that to me?

the day they hired his ass? HA! Give me a break. I understand they brought him in as well for his dirty tricks when Bill lost governor's race.

Sorry, but the Clinton's sure associate with some real scumsuckers, Morris, Penn and Wolfson!

about who Obama associates with? I mean I could, but it will just piss people off, but if people want to play the associate game please remember that it was threads like this that asked for it. I'd rather stay productive, but then again this forum has turned to shit...

yeah let's not play the associate game, but don't like what happens to Obama people when reality is shattered.

28. This is one of our primary problems with the Clintons
Okay, accept for a moment that Bill and Hillary are decent, clean-cut, God-fearing Americans. Totally on the up and up. Boy scouts, if you will.

Then take a step back and look at Morris, Wolfson, and Mark Penn. Then take another step back and look at the McDougals, all Hillary's buddies at WalMart, all the bimbo eruptions, Marc Rich, the Chinese....

Even if the Clintons are totally legit, they have really poor taste in associates.

17. hilary opened up such a big ol' can
o whupass with her little 3am ad. Not the least of which is the little girl in the ad is a senior in high school now and is campaigning for Obama.

Casey Knowles, a High School Senior in Washington state, recently discovered she was one of the sleeping children in Clinton’s controversial “Children” ad appearing prior to the Texas primaries.

Knowles, a supporter of Barack Obama was shocked that she had contributed to the national security message of a candidate that she passionately opposes.
...
“While I love Hillary, I would much rather hear Barack Obama’s voice at the other end of the phone at 3am. Its hilarious and ironic that the child in Hillary’s ad is now of voting age and not her supporter. I’ve been campaigning for Barack since October and was a caucus precinct captain. I’ve been a very avid advocate of his and recruited a lot of folks to caucus for him in January. He’s inspired and mobilized so many already, he’s refreshing and quite simply the best option for people who want to change this country.”

stars in a campaign ad with her. I mean, really, she "starred" in stock footage owned by Getty Image meant to be sold for commercial use so I don't know why she think it's a big deal that she ended up in Hillary's campaign ad.
