Will Hillary Concede Puerto Rico?
By her supporters' logic, only states that democrats can win in the general election count. Well, Puerto Rico doesn't vote in the general election. Does that mean Obama gets to claim its 55 delegates then since Puerto Rico doesn't count?

1. Except they count when she thinks she'll win them - until they don't count again, like TX

3. Texas counted (like Nevada) and Obama lost (like Nevada). He lied in both states and claimed victory
The man will stop at nothing to win this election. He won't win on the issues, just hatred and lies.

4. So you are completely ignoring the fact that the caucus results count as 1/3 of the Texas total?
Or don't the caucuses count in Clintonland?

5. When we say "the won the state of _____!" that is about identifying momentum and wins
it has nothing to do with delegates. Obama can talk about his delegate count in a seperate conversation. For him to be claiming he won states that he lost is dishonest. Everything about Barack Obama is dishonest.

11. Wins in Iowa and NH are not about delegates, they are about momentum. So are all claims to victory
in any state. Obama has lied to his own supporters. We can only imagine what he'll do to us in the White House.

2. 55? I didn't know they even had delegates, let alone that many.
Question: Why do non-states, American protectorates(properties) like Samoa and Guam and Puerto Rico have delegates?

9. Because they should have electoral votes and congressional representation
These areas have no representation and they face immense problems that get no attention because of that. DC is the same way except that they do get electoral votes at least.

Republicans just don't want to give them representation because it will hurt their numbers.
