The Democratic National Convention
If this goes to a brokered convention, does that mean the entire convention that will be on cpsan, or whatever channel it comes on, will be people fighting for who they think will be the nominee for a week?

2. It'll be like Chicago 1968, except without the pissed off anti-war folks rioting outside.
I hope, anyway. Nobody wants to see a body count.

4. In the modern era, conventions are carefully scripted cornonations...
but not this time.

And, yeah, expect to see some very pissed off people in the "free speech zones".

I might well be one of them.

6. It will be...all WEAK.
The networks only carried 1 hour of wrap-up coverage per night during the last election for either party. People were pissed that their prime-time soap operas were pre-empted by a boring political speech.

I believe the main networks will do just that. C-SPAN won't try to risk their one camera and their one microphone in the convention center. You will see the nominee accept the nomination live on TV for one hour and that's that.

UNLESS...

someone pulls out a gun and starts shooting people. Then you might see something like full-time coverage...on Faux News, which will show what violent extremist terrorists Democrats are.
