Obama slams Hillary on the VP offer |
|
Stating he is in the #1 position in States and votes both popular and delegates won
so how can she offer the 2nd slot
Quoted Bill in 92 saying the VP needs to be able to step in and be POTUS at any moment
So why would they say he isn't ready to be President repeatedly over the past 2 weeks and then say, we think you are ready if you take the second position
In Mississippi stump speech
He is not impressed with her tactics

10. so it's arrogance when Obama, the frontrunner, declines |
|
Hillary's implied offers of the VP place, but it's not arrogance when Hillary, the LOSING party, makes such an implied offer. How perfectly Orwellian.

17. Except that Hillary would've lost fairly |
|
As of right now, there's a very small chance that Obama will lose the nomination fairly. Hillary has a few scenario that work in her favor:
1) Superdelegates overturn will of the voters 2) Michigan and Florida's delegates are seated as is 3) Racists balk at the possibility of a Black candidate and overwhelmingly break for Clinton in unprecedented swings
Out of those 3 choices, it's quite telling that the racist scenario is the fairest and cleanest option for Clinton.
If Hillary's supporters sabotage the Democratic Party and create internal strife simply due to the fact that their candidate lost by the long-established rules of the contest, then they deserve to be hosed with BBQ sauce and have German Shepherds unleashed on them.

like that is pointless, there may be a few people here who will refuse to vote for Obama or Hillary but the fact is that when one gets the nomination the people in the others camp will get behind the person facing off against the Republican. Most of us are still Dems.
Oh and BTW, what's best for the party is not to hold higher esteem for the republican opponent over the Dem opponent. No Hillary supporter has the right to play the "what's best for the party" card, they can excuse what their candidate said but no one with any brains whatsoever can say that what she said is "good for the party".

If elected he will be every bit as bad as Bush.
Big ego, insecure, chip on his shoulder, issues with seeking revenge on behalf of his father.
We don't need that again.

In Obama's case, his stepfather and his grandfather were both role-models/father figures. He turned out VERY well, I'd say. To compare him with * is more than ridiculous, in fact it's not even worth discussing.
