and even devoted much of his high profile book tour in the summer of 2004 to defending Bush as Commander-in-Chief against the left who were heavily criticizing those decisions.

Do any of you think that they will CARE if Hillary has to wait another 4 years to face President McCain?

First you would have to assume they CARE about the Dem PARTY and its candidates more than themselves and that is just not demonstrable.
