It they go to all registered voters - there's lotsa room for shennanigans.

Or at least it's very, very unlikely: Even the people who were pushing for this in Florida are now saying that there isn't enough money and isn't enough time.

one of the super delegates in Florida is against it
1. disenfranchises voters that move around a lot
2. has never been done in FA before and they don't want to experiment with a vote that is so important
On the cost issue, several have offered to raise money for FA and MI redo, and on the time frame by June 10
