Are there any Republican tickets that scare you? |
|
I think McCain-Condi would be a lot tougher than people think.
However, I think Obama-anyone would be the strongest thing on either side.

1. The biggest thing on the Republican side that scares me is vote tampering |
|
If we can get past that, I think the election will be relatively easy.

7. All of them scare me ... |
|
to think that any of these bastards might actually get their hands on the levers of power for another 4-8 years.
Seriously, I'm not as worked up over VP choices as most others seem to be. The one candidate that might actually make a difference for the GOP is Condi Rice, especially if HRC is able to wrest the nomination away from Obama at the convention.
JMHO.

9. Scare me because of their supposed strength? |

McCain could go with someone seen as not so far to the right like Giuliani or Bloomberg, I guess. The more space McCain can try to occupy in the center, if the public sees the ticket that way, is bad for us. That's why Obama would be a good guy to head our ticket-- his appeal to independents.
Still, VPs don't make much of a difference in general elections.
