God. MSNBC's Contessa Brewer just going ON and ON about Spitzer |
|
Shut up. I'm bored with it already. She seems almost personally outraged; accusing him of being 'customer 9' and implying he wanted '5'5 brunettes.' But isn't he a hypocrite!? He has a wife and kids!? Sometimes I hate this country. Give it a rest. We don't know HOW he was involved. Report the news and leave it be.

1. Unfortunately, they will have fun with this |
|
for at least another week before it dies down. I wouldn't watch any late night talk shows if I were you -- they are going to be vicious for the next few nights. Hopefully this will be off the radar soon.

They have a fondness for politics + sex. It's the ultimate "jackpot" for them. And he should have thought about his wife and kids before he hooked up with a prostitute.

Maybe he just likes the number five. And 4 + 5 = 9
Yeah, that's the ticket.

7. well it is unsettling from a woman's POV. He spent Valentine's Day |
|
with a prostitute. Paid her 4300. He probably lied to his wife and kids about being out of town for business.

That is really screwed up.
I'd have kicked him in the balls if I were his wife, when I learned about this.

I accept that politics + sex = jackpot for the networks.
But Contessa is about to pop a vein or something. Her guests and analysts almost look embarrassed for her. She needs to tone it down. The sex scandal will sell itself. We don't need it to be sensationalized.

12. MSM will be on Spitzer until November |
|
it is Gary Condit (not Duke Cunnigham or Foley or Abrahamoff) all over again.
Dems are value-less perverts and lecherous beasts BUT Republican are so much more FUN!!

14. Might as well turn off the news. This will be the second time in the last several months |
|
I've gotten sick of the talking points to where I couldn't stomach the news. The last time was when they were blabbering on and on about Clinton's inevitability. Funny how we are now told they've been tough on her. This one will hurt, for a while.
Spitzer is a dumb ass. He may have derailed positive movement toward corporate accountability with his tiny gubernatorial willy.
