OBAMA Says He Will "Review Every Executive Order Issued By Bush"

CASPER — Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton crisscrossed Wyoming on Friday, campaigning for every available vote in a state that last voted for a Democratic presidential candidate in 1964.

Saturday's prizes: 12 delegates in the Wyoming caucuses and precious momentum in a seesaw primary race.

Obama told a cheering crowd at a town-hall meeting in Casper that he would restore respect for law in the White House by reviewing every executive order issued by President Bush and discarding any deemed unconstitutional.

Obama's comments came in response to a question from a man in the audience who said he worried that presidents sometimes consider themselves above the law...
