3. this was an ongoing DoJ (FBI) investigation. they use LEGAL wiretaps all day long
this has nothing to do with FISA or warrantless tapping or anything similar, calm down a tad

6. It was RICO, not FISA.
The investigation was started seven years ago, BEFORE Spitzer was elected governor. He just happened to be one of the guys to pick up the phone.

Lunacy is running rampant on this board.
