A Couple Of Comments/Questions About A Re-Vote In Florida.......

Comment: As I recall even though candidates didn't campaign in Florida - there was a large 'early vote' in the state.

Questions:

1. If there is any kind of re-vote in the state - will there be a period of campaigning before the vote?

2. If there was a large 'early vote' in Florida - given all that has happened since those people voted - both early voters and regular voters - isn't there a chance that the state could flip towards Obama or at least close in on Hillary's victory margin from the first time around?
