Republicans vote for HILLARY! |
|
Um, besides Obama kicking some serious ass last night...I was flipping through the channels and caught that 800 foot digital map Leslie Blitzer gets a hard on over.
Anyway, John King was showing where Hillary "won" a couple counties. In the SouthEast, and NorthEast of the state. Everything else was Obama country. Then he switched the map to show what counties went Repuke :puke: in 2004 election, and what counties went Dem. Then, yep, you got it, the few counties Hillary won are deeply Repuke.
Just like in all the other "red" states....apparently Hillary can't get the Dem vote :nopity:

3. What troubles me about that is the limbaugh factor. |
|
He made a huge deal out of exhorting his lemmings to vote for her. I am suspicious enough of republi-CON motives, just ANYWAY, to further suspect that many of them tried to help rig the game by voting her up so they'd have her, their most-wished-for opponent, to run against in November. Why? Because they think she's the most vulnerable and the easiest to beat.
I'm just suspicious of the GOP by nature. They've taught me to be that way.

|
a) they help nominate someone McCain will beat
or
b) at worst, they end up with a white, right-leaning, democrat for president
Anything but a NEGRO!

11. I think it's different state to state... |
|
Of two Repubs I know, one voted for Obama because he actually inspires her and she believes in his message...( 40ish white woman). She plans to vote for him in the general as well...
Another voted for Obama because he despises Hillary and wants her gone ( 50ish white male )..He more than likely will vote for McWobble...

9. I have an innocent question. |
|
Or maybe it's an observation.
Republicans are voting for Hillary in the primaries, and she is still losing. How many of those Repubs went Dem just for the primaries? How many are switching permanently? Theoretically, if she is the nominee, (I don't know how that will happen, though), the Repubs will take their votes back home, and she will be screwed. Or, we will be screwed. Is this part of the Repub plan - to get her voted in, then vote against her, assuring a win for them?

but republicans are voting for Obama in the primaries and they will never vote for him in the General Elections. The Republicans have manipulated our primaries.

13. So it's happening on both sides then. |
|
I guess I just can't wrap my head around all that. That kind of under-handedness and manipulation is not part of my reality, so I can't understand the point or the hoped for outcome. I'm trying to use logic to make sense of it, and that isn't working! :)

14. I worked the polls in Ohio and saw some of this. |
|
They referred to it as 'politicking' as in "I'll take a Dem ballot I have some politicking to do." Even with that going on Obama took all eight of our township precincts. We live in a very rethuglican area and we had more D's than R's voting go figure. This will backfire on the Rethugs. Peace, Kim
