1. Go quietly in to the night...
And years from now emerge, humbled. Then maybe she'll have gained some dignity.

5. Yes. I believe that option is now open for her.
Looks like she might be up against Bloomberg though.

4. Or quietly try to undermine Obama's GE campaign
so that McCain will win and then she can run against him in '12.

11. I sincerely hopes she has a long career in the senate, where she can finally devote her full passion
and attention to being the best possible senator she can be. I've always thought she was made to be a legislator and not an executive. One is not better than the other in my view.

14. Serve in the Senate or run for Governor in 2010.
Is there a reason why the poll answers all had to be so negative (ie...Hillary is a bitch and she's going to try to ruin the Obama's career no matter what.)? This could have been a better poll if the answers didn't attack Clinton.

I highly doubt she would run with McCain after campaigning against him, and I highly doubt she would try to run against Obama in 2012. How do we know she won't endorse Obama?

15. omitted possibility: she could be angling for a McCain victory, and then run in 2012
it would help explain her 'scorched earth' policy at this point in the primary election

Personally, I think the Democratic Party will be united, and if Obama stays on message -- Iraq/costs of Iraq War in the trillions -- DAY AFTER DAY, he should be able to win.

But the polls showing McCain running so strongly, even in places like MA and NJ are very troubling
