African Americans and their unfair advantages.
Obama said it was patently absurd to anybody who knows history. He's right, of course. It's two-faced too. The people who are telling us he's got an unfair advantage because he's black are the same chumps telling us there's no way he can win because he's black.

Of course, anybody who knows history knows this isn't the first time people have stuck there feet in their mouths with this "unfair advantage" bullshit. Here's a few off the top of my head:

NFL color commentator Rush Limbaugh lost his job after saying QB Donovan McNabb was only playing because he was black.

Black Katrina victims were lucky that they were getting food and shelter. "It's kind of fun" said one congressman.

Somebody named Geraldine Ferarro said that Jesse Jackson had an unfair advantage because he was black. We all remember the Jackson administration.

People like Newt Gingrich and Ronald Reagan complained about black people riding around in their cadillacs, watching big screen color TVs, thanks to their unfair welfare checks.

Archie Bunker, and people like him, were constantly pointing out that blacks were getting hiring and college admission advantages over hard-working, intelligent people like them.

Good ol' boys like George Wallace would claim black children were unfairly trying to crowd in on white schools, when they already had perfectly good schools for themselves.

Continuing with athletes- I can remember people saying black boxers like Ali, Louis, Jack Johnson had unfair advantages.

Some said that Jesse Owens had an unfair advantage at the 1936 summer olympics.

Same shit, different day. Some folks never learn. Those are the people most afraid of change.
