Statistics suggest strongly he would have a pretty tough road, what with that pot smoking and all.

My guess? No life in politics at all.

Gee, maybe being Black isn't such an advantage after all!?

2. Wrong. He would be incarcerated for marijuana use like the millions Clinton imprisoned.

5. The racists, like Ferraro, have it exactly backward
The fact that a black man named Barack Hussein Obama is defeating the establishment candidate in a post 911 world shows what an amazing talent he is. I mean honestly. He is doing what Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Gary Hart and Bill Bradley couldn't do against a more difficult opponent than any of them faced. He isn't lucky for his ethnicity, he is achieving what he is DESPITE his ethnicity. This is what pisses off the racists, like Ferraro, and their cynical enablers, like the Clintons, more than anything.

6. You missed that memo....
Toni Morrison declared him the First Black President...

look at his background: born in poverty to a single mother,
later with a step-father who was alcoholic, but thru
perseverance, and lots of moxie and talent, worked hard,
met JFK, he won a Rhodes Scholarship, went to Yale Law,
met his true love, the equally ambitious Hillary D. Rodham,
and began the political climb of his life.

And Bill Clinton, being who he is, and how he is,
would have done just fine, thank you very much.
