Hillary sez:
"Once one of us has the nomination there will be a great effort to unify the Democratic party and we will do so, because, remember I have a lot of supporters who have voted for me in very large numbers and I would expect them to support Senator Obama if he were the nominee," --Hillary Clinton 3/12/08

Has Obama said anything even remotely as affirming to the Democratic Party?

6. How about you vote for Obama because he's an open government Democrat who respects
a citizen's right to open and accountable government?

Or do you really think it best to shove another Clinton down our throats who sides with secrecy and privilege of closed government?

That's the bottom line. You're either with Bushes and their fascist cronies or you're against them. And Clintons have LONG been WITH the Bushes.

35. Typical escape from the truth about the Clintons. Why don't YOU educate me
Edited on Thu Mar-13-08 08:16 PM by blm
and explain how a 5 1/2 year report on BCCI that came out in Dec 1992 and handed to a new president ended up deep-sixed and all its outstanding matters downplayed and shelved.

Since you are so certain that it never happened, then you likely have seen sufficient proof of how all those matters were resolved, eh? Why don't you use Bill's book - if he did anything about all those incredibly serious matters then surely they would be a big part of his book, eh, especially since so many of the same characters just happened to pop up in 9-11 matters. Go ahead. You are welcome to PROVE that YOU are right and I am wrong.

Every post I have seen from you, revolves around this subject --and this subject only.

This would be my suggestion for you.

Create it as an OP --and then you can discuss your favorite and only subject within that thread.
Hell you could kick it 20 times a day in the hopes to keep the discussion going!

It will also give you a chance to prove YOUR point, and back it up with links and all manner of information that I could research.

Other than that --I'm afraid I can really only respond that I consider you to be a one-note spam bot with an agenda all your own.

40. 9-11, Iraq war, future war with Iran are all rooted in BCCI and anyone with even cursory knowledge
Edited on Fri Mar-14-08 12:53 PM by blm
of the 80s and early 90s knows it.

When 9-11 and the "War on Terror" and Iraq war and war with Iran become NONISSUES, then BCCI can be used as an example of how this nation should NEVER operate so illegally and covertly against the best interests of the nation ever again.

But, in YOUR world, which is all about political games and players, there is no time for truth and serious reports of this nation's involvements that led to its greatest attack and its most dangerous use of military force.

No one who actually STUDIES this report comes away from it believing it doesn't connect to everything happening today.

Jump onto a corruption thread for a change - there are many links and excerpts on those threads - but Clinton supporters rarely pop into those threads.

8. Yup
Because of POLICY.

McCain is more experienced --but he has the experience to lead us in the wrong direction.
Hillary has the experience to lead us in the correct direction.

Obama is correct on direction, but can he get us there?
Maybe. I still think Hillary has a better shot at getting us where we need to be.

Clearly you didn't understand a word Hillary said.

41. This is pretty much a view shared by virtually everyone but Hillary supporters
Edited on Fri Mar-14-08 01:04 PM by sfam
The MSM, republican commentators, bloggers, most seem to see Hillary's "Kitchen Sink" strategy as the reality of the race. To think that Obama is driving all this while Hillary has stayed above the fray, you really have to have blinders on. There's a reason Oilephant has an editorial cartoon having McCain wonder where his unpaid staffer (Hillary) has come from...

There have been several threads hinting that HRC would run as an Indie --I thought this thread might help put that to rest.

It even has Hillary calling on her supporters to back the Democratic nominee.

But thanks for the insult out of nowhere, bro.

39. The Obama's have said the exact opposite.
They have claimed Voters as their own in essence, as if it is The Obama Party not the Democratic Party.

I feel like if he doesn't win the nomination there will not only be riots but a race war. This has nothing to do with with Democratic Values and getting a Democratic elected and everything to do with Obama the man himself. And he has encouraged that attitude.
