The Tribune had reported that Obama hired Aramanda's son as a 2005 summer intern in Obama's Capitol Hill office after Rezko recommended him.

John Aramanda got a very coveted internship

11. Sorry, close though...
Now, in the wake of the launch of her presidential campaign, the pardon controversy has reemerged in an obscure court case in which Senator Clinton's brother Tony is battling an order to repay more than $100,000 he received from a couple pardoned by President Clinton.

Tony Rodham, who acknowledged approaching the president about a pardon for the couple, is the second of Hillary Clinton's brothers to receive money from people who were eventually pardoned by President Clinton. Hugh Rodham received $400,000 from two people, one of whom was pardoned and one whose sentence was commuted.

13. Hmm.. So where is the new "Change" Obama is talking about..
shouldn't he be the working example?

I guess he hasn't quite worked the kinks out of his "new poltics" policies.

28. It's a pattern of behavior forming consistent characteristics in a linear unbroken pattern
In of itself, it isn't extraordinary. In light of the centerpiece of 'Clean Politics' as a major plank in Obama's Campaign. It's just another of the already mounting string of questionable business practices found to be business as usual for Obama. There is no evidence of the 'Change' he speaks of, and no working model on which to base his new politics.

8. Jackson Stephens GROOMED Bill Clinton to protect BushInc and guess what? He DID.
And all it cost YOU and ME and the rest of the world, was the return of Bush2, 9-11, this iraq war and our future war with Iran.

That's all.

But, oh my, you sure hit the motherlode with this Rezko thing - - you must believe it will be the cause of nuclear Armageddon, since it concerns you so much more than all we KNOW was done by Clinton.

35. When serial killers are examined for their past and latest crimes, the examiners ALWAYS
study their past for the root causes so it can be treated and headed off.

You know, that IS also what an ACCURATE HISTORIC RECORD for a nation does when used with integrity and not distorted or covered up as faithless citizens seem to prefer.

Edited on Thu Mar-13-08 08:56 PM by bowens43
Even if all the lies and distortions the hillary supporters spout were true, Obama would still be a better choice then hillary, Obama would still be morally and ethically superior to hillary.

18. From link: "John Aramanda served as an intern for Obama for about a month in 2005"
Also in the link is this...I figured in case you have a problem reading:

The Illinois senator isn’t accused of any wrongdoing. And there’s no evidence Obama knew contributions to his 2004 U.S. Senate campaign came from schemes Rezko is accused of orchestrating.

Can you see that? I hope so.

19. So, Rezko's friend's son had a summer job with Obama. that's the best you got?
And yes, interning with Obama is very coveted.

If you apply this standard to Hillary you are screwed. Remember she created a document that was used in the Whitewater Fraud. There is no septation there. In your example you need to go from Rezko to his friend to his friend's son to Obama.

Also, any evidence that the kid didn't deserve the position? No? Didn't think so.
