I'm listening to Bob Woodward, and I feel he was used. |
He's talking about Bush believing Hussein was a real threat. I don't believe what Woodward was told -- I need to take it with a grain of salt. Well, it really doesn't matter -- there is no chance I would vote for the Worst President Ever.

1. Sounds to me like he's trying to justify being used too. That crap about |
knowing how paper flows around Washington as an excuse not to have seen hundreds of reports that show you were making a mistake is absolutely dishonest. If you want to know if you are making a mistake or not you will seek out these type of reports and not wait for them to find you.

7. No kidding in first year college student knows that if you going to do |
something proving one point of view in a term paper you have to research those opinions that disagree with it or your prof will tear you a new asshole. I know Bush isn't the smartest knife in the drawer, but he does have people working for him that really earned their college degrees.

4. yeah. . . I'm also listening. . . |
He just said that * was pleased that we minimized "collateral damage". We miraculously did that by prohibiting anyone including the Iraqi morticians from keeping track of the numbers of casualties. Now how cleverly compassionate is that. . .?

11. tell it to the families of the estimated 700 dead |
in Falluja over the last two weeks. . .
How would Americans respond to such slaughter and not have access to a Hospital (bridge down) or a graveyard so they had to bury there dead in a soccer field. . ?
Nevermind about the 20,000 incarcerated without having been charged. Winning the hearts and minds again. . .are we. . .?

5. I think Woodward used THEM.... |
I'm convinced that hhe wrote his first and complimentary book on Bush to "ropeadope" into trusting him then he went for the short and curlies..... We have to remember that he IS STILL the man who (with Carl B. exposed the man who * subplanted as worst pres. ever).

10. I'm reading the book now - did I hear Woodward |
say on one of the talk shows that he taped bush, took notes, etc. and then read back & replayed tapes for him asking if that was what he wanted to say. I'm sure I heard him say that. So far I'm not impressed with the book - it almost sounds "cartoonish" when bush is quoted - in the end though, I think what bush himself (& his cabal) hoped for was that bush would appear to be the one in charge and that is exactly what the book does. None of the others really seem to be in charge of anything - just bush - and everyone else somewhat of a side issue. Maybe I'll see it differently after I've completed the book.

12. Woodward seems to do a straight report. Whatever bush tells him.. |
he repeats it. And seems to be totally clueless that he has been used to spread propaganda. What a dolt.
