My "fair" solution for MI and FL

At this point, I would give Clinton whatever her proportional percentage of delegates is based on the tainted results MINUS 25% for NOT PLAYING BY THE RULES and TRYING TO GAME THE SYSTEM.

She really cannot get the delegates without a penalty for her own behavior and violating her pledge and agreement with the other candidates.

Obama gets whatever Hillary doesn't.

I don't think it would effect the outcome if done like this and I think Obama might find it fair and Hillary would just have to live with the fact that she didn't make off with all the swag from her heist.
