Clinton Campaign Combs Through Wright's Sermons, Releases Findings to Divert Attention... |
|
...From Ferraro. GOP shakes their collective fist heavenward. Says, "God damn you Hillary Clinton". Scratches another item from their "Barack Obama" playbook.
-or-
GOP manufactures both the Ferraro and Wright scandals. Sits back with a cigar and a smile as the Democratic Party implodes.
-or-
MSM trembles in fear after learning that Tucker's show has been canceled, obsesses over ratings, thinks, "There must be SOMETHING better than "issues" out there. Who the fuck cares about issues? Some of these surrogates MUST have fucked up..."
Those are the options, as I see them.
So, which is it?
Honestly, Ferraro and Wright are both wrong, if not for WHAT they said, then for HOW they said it. But, please remember that one of these so-called flawed candidates WILL be our nominee. So, should we really be rejoicing at these daily media maelstroms?

4. As long as Wright doesn't go on a media tour like Ferraro did... |
|
I don't really see how these two items are in the same realm of thought. The bottom line is that both of these things are being manufactured by the media. Ferraro was given a megaphone by the media and everybody let her on their network. I don't know or completely understand why she sought these appearances out and/or why the Clinton campaign let her do this for days. Now these same networks are airing videotapes of Wright. It all seems very contrived to me.

Bad ratings scares all of them.
It was supposed to be a bit of a joke, as if anyone really cares that his show got canceled. I guess it missed its mark.

7. I do think that 'thing' Obama has on top of his neck is used by |
|
him self and he does not use Wright's thinking even if a lot Wright did say was true. Fact is all country seem to be into this blowing up some one all the time. We used to be not the top country doing it. Has this always been a white man's country? Need I say just look at our history. On top of that it was a WASP world. We have been better than many countries but why not face the face of some of the things we have done. Is that really hating the USA to want better?

9. This whole dustup speaks volumes |
|
about the character of Hillary Clinton and her supporters and the character of Barack Obama and his supporters. I think we're all smart enough to figure it out for ourselves who is being honorable, truthful and using sound judgement and who isn't. We should ALL be examining not only the superficial message and tactics (aimed at us) but the underlying battle plans. Again, it's not too hard to figure out for yourself. Lets ALL be smart this election season.

10. That's only because a lot of you |

are willing to blame Clinton personally for everything said and done that's not flattering to Obama, but give Obama a pass on absolutely everything.
This is a campaign - both sides are trying to win. There's nothing unusual about that.

11. here's what I'm saying.. lets all keep out eyes open |
|
how a candidate is trying to win reveals everything about how he/she will govern. Take an honest look and ask yourself... do I want 8 years of that?

No, I don't really want 8 years of underhanded race baiting, like the Obama campaign has committed.
