An interesting idea discussed at Kos, that the Kerry campaign used the GOP smear machine against itself and the fools fell for it...

1. It's a TRICK.... he said he was a war hero, and he really was!
Hey, telling truth isn't playing fair!

2. I'm hoping that Kerry's campaign is playing "rope a dope"
and just sitting idle and taking shot after shot from Bush, forcing them to spend more campaign money than they would like for this stage of the season, then see Kerry go for the kill when the financial picture between the two candidates is a little more balanced.

5. The Money Will Never Be Even, or Even Close

That day we will never see. Bush* has $200 million plus
all the TV networks in his pocket. How can Kerry match that?

6. Bush is spending faster than Kerry
and Kerry is, surprisingly, raising faster than Bush.

4. I hope so.
It gives me confidence about how they intend to handle Bush*.

7. Looks like only 2 possibilities: either a trick, or Kerry really
didn't want these records released. I can't imagine why Kerry wouldn't want these records made public, therefore it certainly appears that he was playing with the media. If he had simply released them without fanfare he would not have attracted the same amount of attention, hell, he would have been accused of bragging.

8. Absolutely it was a trap, and a damned good one.
I only wish they had waited a little longer, but when I have the opportunity to give kudos to the Kerry Camp, I will accept the challenge. :D

Political Play of the Week... Bill Schneider had BETTER agree. :D
