Poll question: The media talk of a divided party but do you feel divded.
I personally do not feel a divide, just there is differences of agreement. The question is do you feel divided within the Democratic party right now?

3. Hope you're right about McCain getting smashed...
Anyway...

What makes me feel divided is all the Obama Fans who say they won't vote for a Democrat if he doesn't get the top spot.

5. I don't know if it will be a big ass kicking
but the dem nominee will win. Yeah, I just love those patriotic Obama supporters. There is an undertow to their comments, like, Vote for Obama or else. And they wonder why I call them a cult.

6. I don't think anyone said they wouldn't vote for a Dem
if Obama doesn't get the nomination. I think they said they would not vote for Hillary. There is a huge difference in the 2 statements. The Dem Party will not unite under the Clintons, at least that is my opinion.

8. I will not vote Obama if he is the nominee. That's the way I feel, and for sure since
the Rev. Wright has shown us what Obama stands for. I love my country and am a Christian and have been a lifelong Dem.
Say what you will, but that's my right.

10. No one said it wasn't your right
However, I also am a Christian and active churchgoer, a lifelong Democrat, and love my country. But I would not expect anyone to judge me on my pastor's political beliefs nor would I judge any candidate on anything but what he/she believes and not what their pastor says about anything.

7. I've seen just as many Hillary supporters here ...
... saying they won't for him, if she loses the nomination.

And you know what? That's neither here nor there.

As much as we forget it at times like this, DU is not reflective of the country at large. Most Dems will vote (D) in November, regardless of who winds up on the ballot.

4. Exactly!
But McCain has already decided that he'll lose in November because of increased Al Qaeda attacks this fall.

That's got to instill confidence in GOP voters - their nominee explaining in March why he'll be losing in November.

11. I haven't met one Democrat in person who will not vote for the nominee

We should be divided now; it's a primary.

Ask again in August. :)

Edited for typo.

12. No. Nothing has changed. The DLC factions is kicking and screaming
with all sorts of "dire predictions" if we don't do it their way but what else is new?

There aren't any new divisions.

13. It looks divided, but we must keep our passion alive.
Its difficult, but the worst thing we can do is give up, and say,
"I'm going to sit back and close my mouth, and look happy".

because fighting for our candidate is not destroying our chances in November"
Keep the passion alive, and Obama already won.

14. I won't really know until after we have a nominee.
But I'm hoping it's a family feud.
