You know what's odd-Drudge has largely ignored these Obama bombshells |
|
Like Rezco, Michelle Obama's comments, and now the Wright controversy. You think that he'd have had sirens up tonight about this but he hasn't.
Is it that he wants Hillary to lose, thinks that Obama is easy to beat or wants to hold these bombshells until he can fight us during the GE or that he actually likes Obama?
It's odd that this isn't his monster headline.

3. In all honesty, I think he used to like Hillary |
|
But something seems to have soured him on her candidacy.
Maybe he found out he was being mislead by her always honest campaign staff several months back?

6. He never liked Hillary |
|
ever. There was one NY Times story about how the Hillary campaign early on tried to establish a liaison with him, so as not to have him be a total enemy. OBviously that did not work.

9. WHAT? He became famous because he stole Mike Isikof's rough draft off his desk |
|
about the Lewinsky story! The thing had been spiked because there were a few t's to be crossed or i's to be dotted, but he got a hold of it, and ran with it anyway.
He was an architect of her humiliation. I don't think he "likes" her at all.

4. He wants Hillary to lose |
|
it doesn't take many brain cells to figure that one out.
He not only wants her to lost, he manipulates the news stories that he highlights to portray her in the worst possible light.
It's his obsession.

And Drudge had the Michelle Obama story up as his main headline on the day before the Wisconsin primary but then took it down after just 1 hour. Hmmmmmmmmmm....
One can support Obama as I do, but also be somewhat intrigued by how he's ignored these potential Obama bombshells. He and the RNC are definitely up to something but the question is what.
I tend to agree with the theories linked to.

8. He was on the cutting edge of the swiftboating of Hillary. He's why so many Dems |
|
think she's a conservative. Back a year or more ago, he was always blasting headlines like "Hillary supports flag burning ban!" or "Hillary wants to ban violent video games!" or "Hillary switches position on Iraq AGAIN!" People would then post the story from Drudge to the liberal web sites, and the image would stick before the facts were known. Then, when the full story came out, DUers and other web liberals had already been tricked into believing them, so many didn't bother learning the facts of the stories.
He was part of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy of the 90s. David Brock talks about him some in "Blinded by the Right." He's hated the Clintons for a long time. I don't know what his agenda is nowadays, other than to destroy Clinton. Maybe by not blasting Obama, he feels he is hurting her? Who knows.
