A thought about Kerry and rove/bush
Living here in Iowa, I saw John Kerry seemingly come back from the political dead. He does his best when his back against the wall, so with all the attack ads going on now, it seems to me that rove and co. may be making a huge mistake by angering Senator Kerry. He certainly knows how to be a fighter and after watching Kerry and Gibson on GMA this morning, I believe that Kerry has decided to start to fight back. He pointedly stated that at least he was in 'Nam, when the "president" was doing who knows what at who knows where. So maybe the fight is on and Kerry will hammer points home.

2. If you recall...
...it did get fairly "heated" a month or two ago, but then the DLC and Lieberman and the like talked about how "alarmed" they were over the "heated partisan rhetoric"...and then Kerry went silent.

Also take into account how many months we have until the actual election. That's a lot of time to be on defense and counter-attack. So I'd like to take a moment to say to the DNC: "YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS FOR HAVING ABBREVIATED THE PRIMARY PROCESS".

I still think the DLC and many in the DNC are trying to "throw" the election...

3. Agree, he is getting fired up. As I posted elsewhere, ---
This A.M. Kerry said something to Gibson like "Bush has not told us whether he served his duty". That is significant. Earlier Kerry would indicate something like "Bush's record speaks for itself", or something more benign. Rove and Co. lose on this one when Kerry comes out tough on this.

4. I saw his speech on C-Span last night
in front of the Newpaper Editors Assoc. He was very good. He is getting on his game it seems.

Now if the mainstream media will actually COVER what he's saying life is good!
