See, you've got it all wrong. The quote is not saying that bitch now equals black, it's saying that bitch is now supplanting black in some characteristic or position. When people say something like "This season, red is the new black," they are not saying red now is black; red remains red and black remains black, but red supplants black in some characteristic such as popularity. It would be absurd to say "Red is the new black, and this year all new Lexus cars are only being produced only in black, thus this year all new Lexus cars are being produced in red." That makes absolutely no sense.

The quote is saying that bitch supplants black in some characteristic, and black takes on a new characteristic, that of president. Bitch and black are still separate entities; in programming language, there was some characteristic, like var A. It used to be the case that var A==black. But then bitch supplanted black for that characteristic, like var A=bitch (var A was assigned bitch). So now var A==bitch. But, bitch was never assigned to black; bitch != black; black==president; bitch != president. So, stop confusing people with this incorrect attempt at demonstrating transitivity.
