I bet Kerry surges this week
Somebody pointed out that Kerry did best when he was in the news alot - during the Dem primary season. And that since most folks aren't paying much attention at this point in the election cycle, Bush benefits by Kerry being out of the picture.

It will be interesting to see how the "medals or ribbions" versus "AWOL" debate affects this weeks polling numbers. I suspect that Kerry will move up again, since he is in the news, and the comparision between him and AWOL is so striking.

1. I think the medals vs AWOL thing
is getting old and boring as hell. Kerry is not making any ground on that. He needs to put forth policies that debunk the claims he is not strong on National Security.

Yeah, it IS getting boring, but Bush having started this go 'round, the public will more likely come off as sympathetic to Kerry.
