using delay tactics to prevent votes of close to a million caucus goers from being counted.
Not asking that of FL or MI voters.

Bloggers are saying this is an attempt to delay the primaries and drag them out
as long as possible-- Recounts?

Same strategy that cost Gore Florida? Just what we need more of.
