Question - what if Edwards comes out and backs Obama or Clinton? Would |
Obama or Clinton get his delegates? I'm not sure how this all works.

1. Edwards can support whoever he wants |
but the fact is that several of his Iowa delegates have switched to Obama, and that won't change.
If Edwards were to endorse Obama, he will be savaged by the Hilbots, accused of being a Freeper.

3. If Edwards endorses someone this late in the game..... |
he looks like an ass. He sat on the bench throughout the most important parts.

5. Thanks everyone - I was just thinking that maybe if he did come |
out - it might speed things up. I'm starting to really worry about things getting ugly - and McCain winning.

6. Edwards and Richardson |
have played their game just a little too cute. By waiting to see who would win in the end and then endorse about 5 minutes before it, I hope both have lost any chance of the cabinet post they are hoping for (or in Richardson's case, the V-Presidency). Edwards has no reason to endorse Hillary and was her adversary in the debates, but I think a lot less of him for not endorsing Obama.
