21. Wouldn't that be an intriguing feature?
Once evey day (or week, no difference) a DUer could pin a time-out on another DUer, effectively banning him/her from posting for 10 minute (15, whatever--some fairly small period) minutes.

Collusion to gang up on a poster would be punishable by pizza delivery.

It would take flame-wars to a completely higher level--silence! Everybody would time-out everybody else, so nobody could post for a little while.

18. Yes, the "quit while you're ahead" argument from the Clinton camp
I'd be laughing if you guys weren't so serious about it.

3. That's because they are running their best candidate...
...and we are running our worst regardless of whether we get Mrs. Unpopular or Mr. Unqualified.

10. Suggesting that I have double standards does not change anything this year.
Besides, he was in his second term as governor and had previously been state AG. As a Rhodes scholar he traveled extensively and had a good understanding of international relations prior to 1992. He also did an intership with Sen Fulbright which exposed him to the workins of the Federal Government. So, no, he was not Mr. Unqualified.

7. Relax... the election is a ways off
once a nominee is chosen, all eyes will no longer be on our candidates.

Did you see the clip of Lieberman having to explain the situation in Iraq to him? On camera?

19. I didn't see Lieberman explain Iraq's situation to McCain
I saw Lieberman whisper to McCain "extremists, not Al-Qaeda". This is a prime example of how the Obama Campaign distorts Hillary Clinton's campaign as well and is being brought to the forefront be the MSM. Example, they went over Axelrod's statement several times yesterday claiming Hillary will do anything to win and showed Axelrod walking over to his Mercedes. They talked about Hillary bloggers quiting DKos because of all the negativism toward them from the Obama camp for being Hillary supporters. They talked about the Obama supporters going all over the internet slamming Hillary and how aggressive and out of control they are. They talked about the emails going out about Hillary suggesting the Obama camp is sending them. This is a trend the MSM is picking up on and beginning to report.

8. If only Gore would have run again
Edited on Wed Mar-19-08 09:03 AM by Paint It Black
We wouldn't be having this debacle, and we'd win in a landslide come November.

Now, I'm not quite sure about the ability of either of our candidates. I think we underestimate the level of sexism and racism on the other side, and it doesn't help that we're going to be fighting among ourselves all the way up to the convention.

16. I only got to say one thing:
Go Hillary!!!!!!!

The party should have vetted their anointed one, sooner or later he was going to fall from his pedestal.

17. Assuming your premise is correct

then of course it would be Clinton who should step out as a service to the party and the country, since she is comprehensively losing.
