Crazy Muslim or crazy Christian?

While I know the crazies on the Right have a remarkable power to ignore the laws of reality, science, and logic in pursuit of their wrongheaded ideology, trying to float both these theories at once might be a stretch, even for them.

All this attention to Obama’s Christian church and faith is obliterating the false rumors that, prior to this controversy, led 13 percent of the electorate to think he is a Muslim.

The Pew Center has polled Americans’ views on race, gender and religion, a found that a net of 40 percent more of Americans freely admit that they would be less likely to vote for a Muslim than those that would be more likely to vote for one, whereas those that say they are more likely to vote for somebody because he is black, or because she is a woman, outnumber those that say they would be less likely, in both cases, by three percent of the population.

1. well, my boss has said he wouldn't hire a Muslim

and that they should all "be deported back to where they came from." My husband, who is part Cherokee, suggested the boss should get out of America first.

2. Yes I think it has finally been established in voters' minds that he is Christian

now that we've got that out of the way.

In all of this I expect no one worries about how Muslims feel about the fact that 40% of the population wouldn't want a Muslim president?
