Obama is fine. Most voters have short term memories. |

Obama was sure to win TX and closer in OH. But the few days before that primary were bad for Obama and caused him a slip in the polls - Muslim garb pic, the 3:00 AM phone call commercial that got 24 hour coverage from all news Co., Rezko started that actual day of the primary, etc.. Well, it did cost him a few points and thus the outcome. The following week his poll numbers were back up and the conversation was on different topics.
I believe with several weeks till the next primaries and months from the gen election this too will be a conversation of the past. Now Obama is ramping up his attacks on McCain and Clinton (on the issues I might add) dealing with the war vote and I'm sure he will address the economy soon.
By the time of the next elections, big brained Obama will have once again proven why he is the front runner.

1. "this too will be a conversation of the past." |

That's exactly what Kerry supporters said.
How'd that work out?
Unfortunately, one way or another, the corporate media will keep this one going even longer- all the way 'til the convention- and November, if Obama's the nominee.
Pretty much a given- though maybe ineffective. Depends on how it's played.

2. Kerry had 2 months till the Gen to reply to swiftboaters |

and he did not do enough. He even has admitted that. Obama has 7 and half months and has already taken more steps to derail this then Kerry ever did.
