Hillary doesn't give a hot damn about either of these states. If she were NOT the one that was desperate for delegates, she wouldn't have a problem living with the situation.
This is about HER. It is not about Florida. It is not about Michigan.
I'm fucking sick and tired of hearing about how she's gonna fight for those states and their right to be heard and blah blah blah. It's the most transparent bullshit I've ever seen.
HOW CAN ANYONE SUPPORT THIS PERSON?

Is it his fault they fucked up? Is it his fault they were warned about the rules and then broke them anyway? Is it his fault they're being spoiled brats? They were told not to move up their elections and they ignored that, now they think the rules shouldn't apply to them. Typical.

10. Horseshit. The FUBAR will be blamed on the Democratic Party. |

Enough votes (as many as 5%) were thrown overboard by that FUBAR to lose both states. At this point, I doubt it makes a difference WHO gets the nomination.
NONE of them spent campagn money in Michigan ... the state that could use it. NONE of them came and talked to the working class in this state which suffers the highest unemployment rate in the country. NONE of them came to the region (southeast Michigan) suffering the highest rate of foreclosures in the country.
It was a FUBAR that was solely the result of a power struggle between party insiders.
There's no unringing that bell. Period.

They didn't campaign in those states because they all agreed that the delegates wouldn't count and so they spent their time elsewhere. But now HRC wants the delegates anyway, because she's behind.
This fuck up is not Obama's fault, nor is it HRC's fault. The state of Michigan Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition, as did the state of Florida.
You either play by the rules or you don't play. If that pisses off voters in Michigan (my home state), or Florida, then tough shit. If they want to vote against their own best interests, and go for McCain, then that's their problem. The reason the wolverine state is fucked over now is because of special interests, and McCain will be happy to continue the tradition.

13. Hashed and rehashed ... it remains a hash. I've addressed this FUBAR often enough. |

It's in my Journal. I offered the sole approach to anything approaching a resolution that makes any sense. http://journals.democraticunderground.com/TahitiNut/464The thing to rememberr is that it WASN'T the fault of "the state of Michigan." The VOTERS had nothing to do with bringing it about. The voters were collateral damage in a power struggle.

4. Obama should care about those states if he wants to win in the fall. |
|
The only reason Obama wants those states denied their delegates is because he knows they don't favor him in the primary. Obama is just another politician.

Can be said of Hillary. That's the only reason she would possibly give a shit. She wants delegates.
Obama WOULD NOT OPPOSE seating the delegates if they had been fair contests and he lost. Period. He just doesn't think Hillary should get to cry and pull some delegates she didn't earn out of her ass.

16. BS ! Today, he AGAIN said he favored seating BUT in a FAIR way within DNC rules. |
|
This is just another Hillary BS GAME ! She's lying AGAIN for political gain. Give me a freaking break. YES, Obama knows they are important states, and YES he wants them seated (and they WILL be) but in a fair way within the RULES. Yes, Hillary fans, there are RULES in life. Hard for some Hillary fans to actually have to deal with the inconvenience of RULES, but THAT'S LIFE !
