OBAMA SUPPORTERS: I think it was a mistake for Barack to do Anderson Cooper
Anderson seems to be overly negative towards Obama's situation. If someone said something positive he tried to challenge them on that (to make it seem more negative). All the while showing Wright's picture on the screen. I'm surprised because usually Anderson seems more fair.

When Obama is the nominee..how many interviews is anderson cooper gonna get? There're certainly others out there who are better reporters.

32. Maybe that's why Tweety and KO are so supportive.
Maybe there is a method to their madness.

I just had a thought. Maybe that's why MSNBC had totally gone Obamlistic
about Hillary. They felt blood in the water as soon as Obama started surging...before then they were all positive about Hillary.

Now I believe this to be their thinking. CNN was ostracized by the bush* creeps for saying negative things about Bush . Fox got all the news and interviews from the White House. CNN and MSNBC were shut out and they are now trying to insure they get all the news from the Obama administration.
All the corp MSM know they won't get any favoritism from those ungrateful Clintons so they all make sure to favor Obama. It's not policy or politics folks...it's money and ratings! Even Fox has started saying positive things about Obama. By the way...that's why the CORP Media put Edwards on ignore...and Clark too. They were both anti-Corp.

3. Me too. I also think Obama did poorly. Possible some more fodder for
the RW. He said that when Rev Wright made those statements about 9/11 he was on the verge of retirement. When were those statements made? If in 2002 or 2003, was Wright on the verge of retirement then and just waited until 2008 to retire?

Also this continual harping about the "founding fathers" is stupid for a black candidate to bring up. The founding fathers never had blacks in mind when they wrote their "noble" standards of democracy for America.

I believe he was saying that he heard about them at the beginning of the campaign
when Wright was on the verge of retiring. He didn't say he knew of them when they happened back in 2001.

He said he learned about it at the beginning of 2007 when he decided to run for president.

I've had gay friends in the past (i am straight) and they were all clean, organized people. And oddly enough they tend to be better looking than the avg straight man which always drove the women crazy to find out they were gay.

52. Since Cooper wants her at this time, it's an easy guess he didn't say
anything about the interview leaving out the pink elephant in the room.

I'm sure she'd jump at the chance if she didn't suspect she'd get dragged into Obama's nightmare. Anything she says will get spinned against her. Remember, "I take him at his word?"

If Cooper offered an honest interview, then he wouldn't mind if she took him up on the offer after this mess has been cleaned up (if that's possible).

Free publicity!

21. Sorry. I was freaking out at the very beginning and I was
trying to get people that were watching to comment on it. It just looked bad in the beginning. Barack is on for the entire show but it is not a straight interview. He started out with a few clips. Then he went to the panel (the part I did not like). Then he had a bit with Candy Crowley talking about the camps. Next he has some snippets from Iraq and he is supposed to talk to Barack about that. He also had a snippet of Hillary saying that you could not trust Barack to get the troops out. Anyway, sorry if I made it seem like it was over.

45. Why was Cooper scowling at smirking at him the entire interview?
It's like he doubted every word that came out of Obama's mouth. Then, they'd cut off the interview and Cooper would editorialize about what Obama "really" meant.

I guess this is how pampered, legacy kids act when they try to conduct an interview.

Seriously, would Cooper act like such an ass if he were interviewing McCain or Hillary? I don't think so.

herself to be dragged into it?

Obama and Hillary most likely had a packed schedule for the week. Obama has been canceling events left and right to make room for his damage control interviews. Up until now, he has always opted for strutting around onstage at a large stadium.

Things have changed.
