5. That's exactly what it means. That Obama keeps it so close
that even though it might indicate a loss, the results are within the margin of error, which means he MIGHT win.

Hillary, OTOH, gets blown away by McCain, waaaay outside the margin of error.

3. Still don't get it
Why in the hell would anyone vote for McCain? Its like saying that you really like things the way they are now. I don't get how stupid people can be. Its like saying everything is just great lets keep it that way. Democrats have to start working on this is just makes me sick when I see these polls.

11. How can they come up with these figures?
Something is fishy here. We are and have been turning out twice as much as the repubs. So that means one of the dems should be getting something close to twice as much as McCain. Somehow the vote seems to be a split vote from the dems and the repubs have only one to choose from.

24. This probably has to do with how they're weighting their samples.
I'm guessing their not taking into account (correctly) the turnout issues. Also, the turnout so far has a lot to do with the excitement of the Dem primary as opposed to the Repubs. Come November, the Republican party will find a few issues to whip up their base.

12. On second thought to my post. What might be happening is the dem supporters are bluffing.
They say they won't vote for the dem nomination whether Clinton or Obama. But that bluff may and should not be around come Nov. I think the polls are not really an accurate reflection since we have not nominated a candidate yet.

Most on each side will drop the tough talk by then when faced with the two choices.

More evidence that Hillary needs to give this shit up. It's not helping her, only McCain.

Regardless of who we pick, when it comes down to us vs McCain we'll beat him like a narc at a biker rally. :)

Don't you remember Obama leading in Colorado by double digits by double digits?

And Kerry won NH. I don't like what I see.
