I wasted my vote in the primary.
I signed and sent in my absentee ballot, and then Edwards dropped out of the race. I've been ambivalent about the other two for a while, but when I read the text of the Obama speech, I made my choice.

I would vote for him. Enthusiastically. I will, if he wins the nomination, work for his campaign. If CLinton wins, I will still vote for her, but she has given me no reason for enthusiasm, hasn't addressed any of the most basic wrongs facing our country. Obama did. Obama recognized the resentment and anger present in both the black and white communities, and how it's a distraction from the issues hurting them. He said an amazingly important thing, in a more public setting than it's ever been said in. It was a good speech, and not just because it was eloquent.

2. Nope...no vote was wasted, imo.
You didn't know this would play out the way it did, and you voted based on what you knew at the time. There's never anything wrong with that.

3. You only waste your vote when you vote for a candidate
with which you don't really agree.

4. It's not a wasted vote - John would have been a great president.
Write to him now and ask him to endorse Obama.

5. I don't think of it as a waste..
you voted for whom you wanted and if he had to drop out well, at least you were able to show your support in his tally.

I voted for Dean in 2004 but I didn't feel I wasted my vote.

9. A vote is never wasted if you vote for the person you believe (believed) in
I voted for Edwards and I don't feel my vote was wasted.

I still haven't made up my mind completely on which of the two I prefer.

Obama is my Senator and I like him.
But there are things about HRC I like as well.

I'm leaning Obama, but we'll see...

11. Friend, we live in Illinois
You could argue that an Edwards vote was wasted from the outset. I don't regret voting for Edwards at all, but after that speech, I am actually enthusiastic about voting for Obama.

10. Same Thing Happened to Me
I voted early for Edwards, he dropped out 3 days later.

I'll vote for whoever limps out of the Democratic convention this summer, but after this primary race I don't see how either of them can win now.

Maybe they should just DRAFT GORE!
