We were assured a dominating Dem presidential victory. Enough of a mandate to enact some good, long overdue legislation. We could have rode those coat tails to filibuster proof majorities in the senate. We could have stocked the Supreme Court with truly progressive judges. We were overjoyed at the possibility of regaining some modicum of world respect, bringing our troops home, fixing OUR problems here at home.
Thanks to this scorched earth campaign of hers, and the damage she's doing to the party, all I can see coming out of all this is 4 more years of McSame. Thank you Hillary for all that you have done. You have really succeeded in alienating the black community, a stalwart ally, and you really taught all those young, idealistic, and possibly, Dem voters over the next 50 years, the glorious meaning of cynicism. May you, Bill, Poppa Bush, and Jr. enjoy yourselves on the Paraguay enclave, surrounded by your buddy Penn's blackwater stormtroopers. :rant:
