She is preaching a different story these days about MI and FL but back in October she had this to say:

Clinton Defends Michigan Ballot Stand

The Associated Press
Thursday, October 11, 2007; 4:21 PM

CONCORD, N.H. -- Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Rodham Clinton said it would be foolish to take her name off Michigan's primary ballot and sacrifice her chances against the Republican nominee.

As the only top tier Democrat remaining on Michigan ballot, Clinton is all but guaranteed to win the state's primary. Michigan is tentatively slated to send 156 delegates to the 2008 Democratic National Convention, but national party officials have threatened to take away those delegates if the state persists in holding its primary on Jan. 15.

"It's clear, this election they're having is not going to count for anything," Clinton said Thursday during an interview on New Hampshire Public Radio's call-in program, "The Exchange." "But I just personally did not want to set up a situation where the Republicans are going to be campaigning between now and whenever, and then after the nomination, we have to go in and repair the damage to be ready to win Michigan in 2008."

Speaking in the first primary state, Clinton said she understands concerns about her refusal. Rivals Barack Obama, John Edwards, Bill Richardson and Joe Biden took their names off Michigan's Jan. 15 primary ballot this week, and Michigan's hope for nominating clout all but evaporated.

Clinton's comment reflects an optimism she will win her party's nomination to face the Republican nominee in November 2008. She said any snub to Michigan could hurt her _ and all Democrats' _ chances to defeat the Republicans there.

Clinton was prompted by a caller who said, "It strikes me that this is politics as usual, where politicians say one thing and do something else."

Clinton brushed aside the comment.

"I did not believe it was fair to just say, 'Goodbye Michigan' and not take into account the fact we're going to have to win Michigan if we're going to be in the White House in January 2009," she said.

The Democratic presidential candidates already had pledged not to campaign in Michigan because the state had broken Democratic National Committee rules by scheduling its primary ahead of Feb. 5. The rules ban states from holding their 2008 contests before Feb. 5, except Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire and South Carolina.

The candidates are allowed to visit Michigan to raise money and can send their spouses to campaign, but they can't run advertisements, hold rallies or do most of the other things that would help give them a leg up on their opponents.

Clinton said she wouldn't campaign there, but isn't about to hurt her own chances.

"If you look at the some of the states we have to win, the margins have been narrow. And it wasn't, in my view, meaningful, but I'm not going to say there's an absolute, total ignoring of the people in all these other states that won't come back to haunt us if we're not careful about it."

2. Are you suggesting
that changing one's mind about something, between October and March, makes them a liar?

Grow up, and learn something about politics.

14. lol...that's rich
Someone thinking Hillary Clinton "changed her mind" and it had nothing to do with the fact that she's gotten her ass kicked in two out of every three contests...and then telling other people they need to learn something about politics.

3. Why doesn't she just wait it out and run her race, Obama could easily turn out to be an alien or...
...something could come out that would make him unelectable.

Bottom line: She's SHOWING she doesn't have good judgment, instead of running a cool headed race she's bashing, lying, scratching and scraping all the while looking desperate and taking her political party down with her.

I'm really starting to question her character as a person

4. We don't really care that her motives are political.
We just want our votes to count. At this point it looks like Obama does not want our votes to count. That is all people see and we are happy she is fighting for our votes. Politicians are supposed to fight for our votes.

8. Those who voted on a Republican ticket will not get to vote again.
Why in all that is holy would any Dem vote as a Repuke for any reason?? They should have voted uncommitted if they wanted Edwards or Obama. Are you referring to those idiots who thought voting for Romney would "mess up" the race? That worked out really well. Now we get McCain who is accumulating the Independent voters at a very rapid pace. Let us just vote again. What the hell is everyone afraid of? It is not smart for the DNC to piss off Michigan and Florida voters. The state Dems and the DNC have screwed this up and we are paying the price. I still want to know the reason that Obama took his name off the ballot in Michigan and did not take his name off in Florida. No one has ever answered that question.

9. There wasn't a mechanism for any candidate to remove their name....
From the ballot in Florida. Its not just a piece of paper. It requires a legislature motion to remove the names and since the Florida Legislature ( both republican and democrat ) had no motivation for the motion, since they wished to continue forward with the date the names were never removed. Thee was no sponsor on the floor to remove the names.

12. Jeeesh.
the ONLY way she can win is if the super delegates IGNORE EVERYBODY'S votes and side with Hillary.

Yet she wants all the votes to count ? ...What a hack she is.

13. That's bullshit.
Senator Obama has said repeatedly that he'll go along with a fair decision by the DNC.

As usual, Hillary wants things done her selfish way, and is trying to make Senator Obama look bad. It's clearly because, at this point, she's losing, but she and her supporters need to stop lying so damned much.

15. Give me a break (Obama doesn't want our votes to count)

Maybe you should have balled out your party leaders when they made
the stupid decision to move up their primary.
