Hillary on Commander In Chief: "I watched my husband do it"
Some pearls of wisdom from Hillary. My personal favorite is "I watched my husband do it." when questioned about becoming the Commander in Chief.

feel free to read the whole article...

"unless you are prepared to go all the way and are prepared to be successful."

LANCASTER, Pa. - Hillary Rodham Clinton told a group of young veterans Tuesday that one lesson of the Iraq War is not to commit troops "unless you are prepared to go all the way and are prepared to be successful."

Please define "all the way" for us Hillary

"I don't take responsibility for that

One, Max Nitze, noted that Clinton had voted for the 2002 legislation that authorized military action and asked whether she felt "responsible for the fact that in large part the day-to-day quality of life for Iraqis is worse" than before the invasion.

In response, Clinton said she would have taken stronger steps than President Bush has to make the Iraqi government accountable for corruption and for the failure to spend more of its oil revenue to restore basic services.

"I don't take responsibility for that and I don't think it's an American problem," she said.

"I watched my husband do it.

A second veteran, Christina Correa, asked Clinton if she had any special concern about a president's duties as commander in chief.

Clinton said it was daunting. "I watched my husband do it. I know from a lot of firsthand observation what goes into making those decisions, because any time you commit our forces to military action you're taking a risk."

1. Her judgment is proven to be terrible. She FAILED her test when she gave Bush a loaded gun.
She is morally and professionally unqualified to be the CINC.

4. I did, before he got the nomination
But like always, I swallow my pride and hold my nose to get a Democrat in office. Silly me.

17. Yes I did and yes I do.
At least Kerry had the moral courage to admit his mistake.

H. Clinton lacks that capacity.

22. I did.
That was one of my major sticking points with Kerry--and I still voted for him, both for Senate and President.

8. Jesus, are White House clerical and janitorial staff qualified then?
She watched him.

That's classic.

I watched the guy from the power company work on the transformer down the street. I think that's enough evidence to prove that I'll be able to handle it next time there's a problem.

15. As a woman, this comment makes me shudder.
A woman should be able to President without her husband. Hillary Clinton is not the realization of any feminist ideal.

20. More troubling for me: "I don't take responsibility for that and
I don't think it's an American problem"--say WHA? She VOTED for it! It's TOTALLY our problem--it's our fault! We ran the war/occupation! We decimated their country under false pretenses--WTF is she TALKING about, not an American problem? No leadership here. None.

29. She has a heart of STONE!!!
That was one COLD-HEARTED comment. I gotta hear this. I find it difficult to believe that even she would drop so low as to completely wash her hands off the consequences of her vote. WTF did she think was going to happen when she cast that vote??

The husband remark is just too stupid to even coment about. Bah!! and you wanna elect her to be the next president.

I don't need to go to college - I don't need to go to law school - I don't need to pass the bar exam. I am qualified to be a lawyer. Well, then, off to court :yoiks:
