Poll question: Will Hillary attempt to rehabilitate Obama sufficiently
enough for a run as her VP,

or is he already too radioactive?

1. That's just silly. White folks wil never vote for an angry black man for any office...
Edited on Thu Mar-20-08 11:40 AM by BlooInBloo
... He might've had a slim chance when he was just black. But now he's angry in white folks' addled minds - it's over.

EDIT: Jon Stewart has the right of it, naturally:

Obama committed the deadly sin of speaking to Americans as though they were adults.

2. I won't vote for this push-poll.
Sorry, but Obama is on top, and Clinton is not going to be Obama's VP.

4. If the supers give her the nomination, she pretty much has to
Or black voters and a lot of the young people Obama has brought in would stay home. He has a solid base of followers that haven't abandoned him and have only grown stronger in their convictions as a result of this right wing smear. I have said before that I will vote for her if she is the nominee, but people like you really tempted to stay home just to demonstrate that I can't be taken for granted. I won't, because I am mature enough to recognize that the people who are affected by the president's policies matter more than my rage over what is being done to Obama. But keep it up and I really might be tempted...

9. You don't think that Obama would endorse her?
He cares enough for the party that he would encourage his supporters to get out the vote, right?

18. Yeah, but it doesn't mean people won't be mad
Of course he will endorse her and encourage his supporters to vote for her. But it doesn't mean everyone will listen.

Personally, I'd vote for her with a heavy heart. But I can't imagine there wouldn't be a part of me that hopes that she doesn't win so he gets another chance in 4 years. I guess I'd do for Clinton what she did with the banking bill: vote for her, but hope she doesn't pass.

6. Push-polls are evil and Rovian..... don't engage in Rovian tactics....

Even if you are a Clinton supporter, you're better than that.

11. Mu.
(FYI, Mu is the correct answer to the question "Have you stopped beating your wife yet?" It's a Japanese word that means "Your question cannot be answered because it depends on incorrect assumptions.")

But couldn't I just refer to the OP as a mouth-breathing idiot and be done with it?
