And making statements about fundraisers, NAFTA, and other things, and now he is suing to get her phone records. Why all the Swiftboating from the Obama Camp all of the sudden? It just seems to me that if he is confident he will win the nomination why would he go through all the trouble to have people look through the records to try to find something he can use as damaging?

talking about it. I never have seen the reporter before so I don't know who he is. I doubt there is a link to it just yet since I just saw it on TV. All I know is that she has said from the very beginning that she would work to make sure those voters have a say. I think a re-vote is a much better idea, naturally, since Obama wasn't even on the ballot.

Still, this could very well work out better for Obama! You never know what state has been bombarded with what, and it is really a 50/50 chance for both of them.

I think ALL voters should have a say. I think the state representatives that moved the primary date should be severely reprimanded at the very least. ALL voters should have a say.

The court case to release Hillary's first lady records started 2 years ago, by New York Times reporters and then by Judicial Watch. They are only now being released because there were no legal ways left to delay the release.

Still, there are large segments that have been blacked out.

The records only include public meetings, not private meetings. For example, meetings Hillary held with Bill's personal attorney don't show up.
