Anybody watch Keith's last segment? |
|
Edited on Fri Mar-21-08 07:54 PM by NJSecularist

He ripped Faux News to shreds. Called out O'Reilly for his double standard about Arianna Huffington and Daily Kos. Murdoch was his worst person in the world. The two Fox and Friends hosts were one of the worst.
He's brilliant. I am just glad we have him on our side to call out all the bullshit in the media.

I will watch his show. However, for him to attack one of his own, thats just trashy.

9. His last segment was sports. Why? Sports and politics. Where were the issues? |
|
Has he featured the candidates covering the issues this week? Economy? Health care? Would it have killed him to not talk about sports and talk about how the Dems are going to fix the economy?

17. Obama campaign's attack of Fox was admirable, but will hurt him eventually |
|
Let me explain.
Rupert Murdoch owns not only Fox News, but the New York Post and the Wall Street Journal and many other outlets. The NY Post has so far been very sympathetic to the Obama camp. They even praised his speech and even endorsed him.
Now they have pissed Murdoch off. Don't get me wrong, That's a morally justifiable move, because Murdoch is a biased wingnut. But Murdoch, leaving the Wright week aside, has so far helped Obama coverage-wise. The NY Post and other Murdoch-owned outlets might turn against him with full force now.
It's not me saying it. It is the way the consolidated owned-by-few media works these days.
