Cronyism and What is "Owed"

I've seen several posts already saying that Bill Richardson is a "traitor" or "ungrateful" to the Clintons for endorsing Obama. Their argument is that Bill Clinton "made Richardson's career" and for Richardson to "turn on them" is a slap in the face.

Are you actually suggesting that Bill Richardson, characterized by both sides as a man of integrity, should go against his belief in Obama as the better candidate simply because Hillary's hubby gave him a job back in the day?

THAT IS SAYING YOU ARE OWED SOMETHING FOR A POLITICAL APPOINTMENT.

THAT IS CALLED CRONYISM. THAT'S CALLED CORRUPTION.

THAT IS A BIG PART OF WHY WE ARE IN THE CLUSTERFUCK WE ARE IN!

That is why Chimpy ended up in the White House. That is why he filled it with all his idiot "yes-men" friends that are so vastly inept they've run the government, economy and American people into the ground. Remember Brownie? All these friends and favors politicians give and receive... people that go against their own beliefs or what is right because they owe a favor... THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

Richardson clearly agonized over his decision and did what he thought was best for the country. He should be honored for that, not criticized.
