1. I answered number four, but I have a question.
And this has been bugging me. Race or gender is not a consideration for me when it comes to choosing a candidate, let the best person win, except I do worry that this could influence other people, and we really do need to win this one.:kick:

But I have always wondered this. Why is Obama considered black when he's equally white? Only his father was black, and he barely knew him, was raised by his white mother and his white grandparents. Doesn't that tip the scale?:shrug:

I've never understood why someone is considered black, even if only one great-great-great grandparent was black, and sometimes they don't even know it. This has always baffled me. I don't care about anything except whether he's fit for the job, and Obama sure appears to be. So why is his African heritage such an issue, especially in this day and age? Just wondering...:shrug:

3. "Race" is a bullshit concept intended to create an easily identifiable underclass:
pro-slavery society wanted a supply of laborers to exploit without any of the usual inhibitions of conscience, and for that purpose it was convenient to define an underclass that could be identified at a glance
