Skinner, could we please get an "Ignored by" functionality added?

It would be nice to know if we are wasting our typing by responding to a post, and when it is time to move on.

With the mass ignore lists being passed around, it is hard to tell if posts drop or are unresponded to because they lack interest or merit, or if you are deemed generally unwelcome to the masses.

It could maybe be a function of "My DU" or could perhaps be added to posts, something to the effect of "The author of this post is ignoring you".

It would save frustration and bandwidth.

30. What I wish we had for the ignore list

was a function that would allow us to make a note saying WHY we put the person on ignore. One time I put someone on ignore because their avator was so gross and repulsive. Now I would like to see if they had changed it but can't remember who it was. :shrug: :-(

I un-ignored for a day and found out that I had a Hillary supporter on ignore from many months ago when I didn't like some of that poster's threads.

It's all just too hard sometimes. I can't wait for the anger to stop - just hope we haven't torn ourselves apart too much by the time it counts.
